At LuxReda, we are committed to delivering high-quality red light therapy devices. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation (2-Hour Window)
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
After the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
Due to limited inventory availability and fulfillment commitments, we are unable to guarantee cancellations beyond this time frame.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
2. Limited Availability Notice
Many of our products are manufactured or allocated in limited production batches. Once an order moves into fulfillment, it is reserved specifically for you and cannot be restocked immediately.
For this reason, cancellations and refunds after processing are limited.
3. Returns – Capital Equipment
We offer a 30-day limited return policy on capital equipment including:
- Red Light Therapy Panels
- Electromagnetic Machines
- Shockwave Machines
- Laser Devices
- Massage Beds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery only if:
- The product is defective due to manufacturer error
- The product does not operate as intended under normal use
This is the only accepted condition for equipment returns.
All equipment includes a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect product selection
- Improper use
- Normal wear and tear
All equipment is quality tested before shipment.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are non-returnable:
- Belts
- Slippers
- Mats
- Gloves
- Hats
- Sleeping Bags
- Wraps
- Personal care items
- Special-order or customized items
- Gift cards
Sale items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
5. Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Order number
- Photos or video evidence
- Description of issue
We will evaluate and provide a resolution which may include repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
6. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized in advance.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping responsibility will be determined based on the nature of the issue.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Warranty Support
If your device does not perform as expected and is within the 1-year warranty period, we will:
- Assist with troubleshooting
- Provide replacement parts if needed
- Offer replacement when applicable under warranty
Most issues can be resolved quickly with technical support.
